just the other day I was on ebay look at wheelers and i found 2 quads (seperate auctions). they both said that they were only pre aproved bidders. so I emailed them both. I got back email from each one and they were word for word the same but w/2 different names/email/userID. they claimed to have just moved to the *.K and in order to keep the bikes they had to make changes so they would be aproved in the UK. did anyone see this ****. looks like phil may have company.
