    TIGER stuff..BRAND NEW!!

HRC200X hooked me up with a guy who was sponsored by Tiger ATV back in the day. look at the stuff he sent me! Wish he had a radiator scoop, but that pic of the 500 is the bike he raced. that fender has never been on a bike in its life, and the Rotax decal might come in handy. I gotta give props to hrc200x for finding this guy, and I gotta say thanks to craig, the guy who sent me this stuff, he is a really nice guy. THANKS!

Your Welcome. I figured you could put it to better use than I could. When I talked to him he said that they sent him the extra fender incase they broke the one that was on the bike during the test of this article: http://www.3wheelerworld.com/Tiger/pg80.jpg He raced a Tiger 500 for a year. Then ATC's were banned, Tiger contacted him and told him to send the motor back to them, thats what he did. So he has this rolling Tiger 500 chassis and either sold it or gave it away shortly after he took the motor out. He said the guy that got it could not be found today.

Holic: Can you scan that mag and picture and post it, I'd like to read it.

The article I linked to came from the www.quadpit.com guy. The pictures and article you have doesn't look the same as on 3ww right?

Do you have a digital camera? you might be able to take a close up of the article and picture.

Somthing else thats weird is this. If you look at this page http://www.3wheelerworld.com/tiger500.shtml , it looks to be possibly 2 tigers or 1 tiger and another mystery bike. The upper right picture has a skinny guy riding and the trike has a front fender. All the other 3 has a larger guy riding and no front fender. The gas tank on the upper right photo doesn't really look like a Tiger tank. The other 3 pictures all have weights under the frame, the upper right doesn't.

I just read the article, the guy riding in the mag pictures is the guy who sent me the fender! how cool is that? It says he was a factory rider AMA District 38, and ran open class desert racing on the 500. I didnt talk to him on the phone very long, just enough to give him my address and phone number.

Trikeaholic: That is how I found him. I read that article on 3ww. I seen they gave his name and what town he was from. I looked his phone number up on the net. I ended up getting his brother on the phone but he gave me Craigs number and the rest is posted up above. Detective work. hehe

Awesome stuff Holic! Maybe someone with a shroud could take it to a fiberglass shop and have some made. Have you thought about taking that new front fender and your rear fender and having some extras made. Then you can store the factory fenders.

HRC, I've notice that in the past about those pics you linked to a couple posts up. The trike in the upper corner looks like a street bike conversion. even the forks and front tire are different.
