Heres some "aftermath" pics for you..... these were taken a few years back. About a month after I got my SX, I did this riding on a one lane road that followed a river ("river road" in Coffeyville). Note that there is no gap between the frame downtube and the engine case. This wasnt just mud, this was mud with chat which set up like cement.

what you did is exactly what i was after. what bike did you snarf the front shocks and tires and disks from? i saved the pic on my pc and titled it "my dream" the only thing different that i am doing is that i ordered sx decal package for the white tank sx direct from honda.they should be all in by now i'll check my local dealer tomorrow. anyway cool bike

They seem to be good all-around tires, I like 20's as opposed to the 22's

thanks for the info!! i'll be looking for that now.man i can't wait for spring!!!it is -41 here in southern manitoba, it has been this cold for a couple of weeks already. to cold for anything outdoors.it sucks big time!! anyway... i can get a 350x frame that has the shocks on it still. would the rims from a 200x,250r fit?
