Oh boy.
An "R" wouldn't be the best trike too learn on, WEAR A HELMET PLEASE!!!!!
I guess it depends on how heavy you are, how good your front brakes are, and how big your balls are, lol:P
But with the power the 250r has, in dirt or gravel just letting the clutch out and mashing it should break the tires free and throw up a roost.
If you can't fix it with a, its an electrical problem.

i agree with 350xnY.
Take it easy on yourself until you get more experience on that R.... or better yet.. take it easy on the R.... poor trike !!!
A Holeshot is when you shoot in front of everybody off the start. I had the same argument 25 years ago with my friend Jimmy Starr in 8th grade. OK 30 years ago!
I've had that same argument too. A burn out can only be done on pavement so in the dirt it's a holeshot. On the track it means something else. Hey it's better than wheel spin.![]()
![]()
pavement = burnout .. requires smoke from the tires !!!
holeshot = being first out of the gate ( fitst outa the hole )
donut = spin in circles with tires spinning.
wheelspin = bald tires.. get new rubber !! LOL..
lol
thanks for making fun of my term
Learning to dump the clutch like that would be a great video opportunity.
