    Anyone run Big Red w/intertubes

Just removed the old tires with a filet knife, tire iron and hacksaw tonite and the guy had intertubes installed...hey, they still hold air after the tire filet so they must be all good...I have new Dunlop oem skins and the tubes hold air so whats a little more weight on the 200es?... add a little slime and it'll be unstoppable.

It's a lot easier to plug a tire than patch an innertube.

I had to plug tires way out on the trail, seems like a plug would fix a tubes tire too and w/slime I'd think you could avoid some issues.

And I don't trust these Dunlop skins they were oem on my Forman S, alawys losing air and a stick poked a hole in them for the christs sake!..so I went to 26" 589's they are alot tougher (never any trouble).. I was just wondering if there was a downside to the tubes on the 200es.....(ie) ride or speed.

on an R you'd probably slice the valve right off the tube from tire spin.. but on an 84 ES... that's not really a concern. Go for it !
