ok im looking for a alluminum swingarm off of something for my 185 project.im trying to save some weight.so dose the 300ex or the 400ex have an alluminum swingarm if not can you tell me which quad has one about the same size as the 400ex swinger.

I know the 400exs have a aluminum swingarm, don't know about the 300ex.
i think they are they are both aluminum..(dont take my word tho) im not totally sure

I have a 400EX and it does have a cast aluminum swingarm. I had a 300EX a few years back. I think that swingarm was steel, not totally sure though.
The 300ex has a steel swingarm....
I have an 85 250R with the aluminium 400ex swinger on it.
