Got a pic with the red plastics sitting on the frame for comparison?

No. I don't have any red plastic yet. I pitched it out when I tore the bike down, it was totally trashed. I have the front fender left here at the house. I'll take it to the shop tomarrow and get a pic. Its definatly a dead on match to the CR frames red/orange paint though... I think honda called it fighting red. i dunno. I'm really thinking about the white plastic though. The idea is kinda growing on my. I'll go ahead and use white super scoops too. i just hope that the 200x plastic isn't discontinued from maier by hte time I'm ready to buy.lol. I think I'm gonna go with white 200x fender, super scoops, white 250R fender on the front, and a white 250R headlight shell. That'll set me back about $400 considering I need a headlgiht shell for the 500R too. So 2 headlight shells, rear/front fenders and scoops. Please maier, don't discontinure now....lol

Another possibility would be to go with a stock 1984 look. The orange decals might match up with the frame really well. Maybe.

You can get new 200x plastics from maier plastics. I know this because I got mine not to long ago. Rear fender was $157 and the vented front fender was $72. Your orange is quite diffrent from mine. The name of the paint I used was chevy red, which by the way is not red at all. If I were you I would definitly go with the white plastics. I'm not to sure about the tank scoops. Check out maier's website and see what color they are available in.

Maeir red is much deeper. A little deeper then 85 250r red I think. I can get you picts of that plastic on my 200x if you want compared, to stock red. I have a set of Maeir on my 200x. I think the White would look great. I am however very partial to white. You know because of you, I was very careful in picking my color so thank you. I am extremely excited to see mine after seeing your stuff. It looks awesome, even with touch of orange.
