bidpay?????

hi has any one used bidpay for payment on ebay???
how does it work.....is the same as paypal?
do you have to set up an account like paypal?

I have used bidpay. I'm not real fond of it, its like an electronic money order. I believe it is certified somehow or another, and maybe a little better than just sending one through the mail. It costs a couple bucks though on there whereas in the grocery story you can buy them for 25 cents. Yes, you do have to set up a username and password, just like through paypal. Oh, and you cannot use paypal to pay for your money order through bidpay. Hope this helps. =)
