He wouldnt HAVE to. My buddy Chris never had to rejet his. Your friend wont get all of the gains from the pipe and or silencer if he doesnt, but it will still run. NOT jetting may cause engine problems down the road.. 4 stroke jetting isnt as critical as opposed to 2 strokes-for the most part...im sure there are some real touchy 4 strokes out there lol. IF I WAS HIM I WOULD REJET~~~ITS NOT HARD AND IS CHEAP. PLUS, IT MAY SAVE COSTLY REPARI BILL$ DOWN THE ROAD...!!!!
