I dont ever put a reserve on my auctions, unless its something super high dollar, all that does is keep the bidding down for awhile.
Oh the shrouds were sold off auction along with grab bar. It was double the going auction price.

One thing that gets bidders looking is how many bids on an item. If there is an item that has 25 bids. they are going to be more interested in what it is and maybe bid on it. So I usually start pretty low and then let the bidding begin.
