At it again...More new Honda OEM!

Well the parts from Cal-Atv keep coming for the R.

This time a new OEM front brake line, grips, and a run switch.

The new brake hose sure looks better than the faded yellow one.

Once I get the decals from Harlan...I am done with this biotch!!

I saw a used 250r switch on ebay go for 120.00+ dollars. Praise the lord for dumb people.

Darius those look lines look real good. I was thinking of cheating on mine and just putting on some slip on braided lines, but you may have changed my mind.

can i get a switch like that for my 82r? im fed up of having to touch a wire on bare metal just to shut my trike off. and my light switch is at an awkward position!

Yes the lines are available. I found mine at cal-atv. It was not in stock and it was ordered via Honda so I am sure they are around.

As far as putting the swtich on an 82 250r. I think the 82R used the same switch used on the 82 to 84 185s/200s. The switch might work...but I don't know.

Here is the deal on the yellow coloring of the brake line. I was told that it does this when water gets between the line and the semi-clear sheath.

For those that will get the trike wet and actually ride it then it may be better to stick with the old line. Mine will be a garage beauty with only very light use...and no wet riding. So I can hopefully preserve the condition of the line.

I think even though your tread is good the baby needs a new pair of shoes. Thanks for the advice on Cal ATV I picked up a new brake line also today. Service Honda told me they were discontinued last week so I'm happy . Until I find a fresh pair of stock atc handlebars and grab bar (discontinued) I bought new OEM TRX bars and grab bars-- slightly different bends but it will give me that clean/mint OEM look I'm shooting for!!! Thanks x system for that advice.

Are those H-Tracks by Ohtsu or are those Dunlops?

I would love to one day change mine...but only the 86's came with Ohtsu's so it be original I will probably keep them.

Hey look....this mint thing is going too far for me. As I said...once i get the darn stickers from Harlan I am done!!

By the way...I love the nipples on your girl!!

They are Ohtsu (service Honda) Keep us updated on the quality of the sticker and some pics when you get them. You can try to quit for a while but my guess is you'll suffer a relapse and buy something. Did I hear Ohtsu???????
