    Question atc 110 over bore

    hello all new user to this forum i have a tec question i'm hoping someone could help me with. i am wanting to bore a atc 110 jug to fit a 125 piston trying to make a big bore for it. does anyone know if this is possible? i have lots of mods in mind for this motor. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    No, you can't bore a 110 cylinder out that much. A stock cylinder is 105cc. I bored mine .030 over because of deep scrathes on the cylinder walls and I only gained 3cc, so instead of 105 I have a 108...still not even a true 110.

    I don't think the 125 cylinder and head will bolt up to the 110 bottom end either, but I think the 125 motor will bolt into the 110 frame. Like I said though, I'm not totally sure.

    hondaatcman is correct.
    you cant bore the 110 cylinder out that much
    the 125 jug wont go on
    and the 125 engine is a near perfect fit

    have a look here this bloke did a Honda CT90 to a 125
    2004 110cc Pitboss
    2000 XR50R
    1994 XR600R
    1984 LT50

    You can bore the 110 cylinder to 125cc. A piston out of a Honda 125J is 56.5mm and it works just fine. Better still search Ebay for 55 or 56mm big bore kits for a few extra bores. There are tons of them kicking around some of the older shops. I don't know why that bloke bothered with the 125 top end conversion when you can bore the CT110 to 125cc using the same pistons I just mentioned.
