    Tri z clutch side cover

Has anyone had any luck with having it welded due to a crack half way down?
If It's too fast your too old!!

They commonly crack there. New ones arent real expensive, but a good welder can often make it stronger than the original, and better than a new one. The worst that can happen is the weld doesnt hold and you are no worse off than you are now. Give it a shot, and if it fails , then look for another one.

I welded mine. Works great. But I do plan to buy a new one, since their not discontinued yet.
