    Kawasaki KLT 200

    What do you guy's think about the Kawasaki KLT 200?
    I bought one of of ebay, gonna be gettin it around the end of march.
    Here's a few pic's of her, she needs a tank and a seat.

    looks familiar

    This one looks about like mine I just saved it from a mad man with a cutting torch! Now I'm on a parts round up! I need to find a manual or somewhere I can find cam and Ignition Timing info

    dirt easy to time line the F mark on the bottom (you have to take of the left side cover with 3 phillips screws the top will line up with the KL200 mark behind the CDI plate top left of engine, although there are a bunch of em out there that are 180 out of time, so if you have good spark, and it feels like its fireing through the carb flip your lobes 180 and your good to go. Lifters are .005 on both and easy to do make sure your oil pump is working when you fire it up, takes 10 minutes to burn your cam to nothing with no oil.

    does any body know were I can get a service manual for a 1982 kawasaki KLT 200 I just got one and need to rebuild the motor I am looking for a free down load thanks wyatt
