    snowmobile headlight problem??

alright i changed my headlight on my sled and it did fine but as soon as i revved it at all the headlight blew. i know the bulb wasnt too small of amperage/wattage, but i think there is too much power going to it. could this be a faulty solenoid??? i know a while back i fried some wires and i replaced them.

sounds like your condensir/rectifier is shot, there is a thing you can get to put inline so it dosnt pop its called a automotiv condeser, there like 2 bucks at local auto store, just put it inlin in the elctrics anywhere and it should fix it...
