well my 83R certainly isn't like some of the other peoples around here, but I think she'll do the trick. DG pipe and silencer, and about to have the 300 kit put on... She's goin in for some powdercoating and paint work, so after that it'll be even better! Hope this is what you meant by "early" R.

my definition of an early R is pre '84 and including the'84 year model. So that fits the bill perfectly

Well I got this "R" from my younger brother. So when the original seat wore out he replaced the material with one of his old Wrangler shirts. Don't worry I have a new seat cover to put on it for the summer time. (gotta love Ebay)What happened to the seat?
