Looks like a Clarke plastic tank on it... look at the gas cap. Therefore, it wouldn't have the tank decals.

Plastic doesn't look too bad... mud looks fresh, so it must run!! I too don't see why he wouldn't have washed it for the pic!

In the second pic, there's another 3 wheeler in the background!
