Good choice on carbs! Mine is jetted for my 310cc R with a 175 main and the clip in the middle position. I don't recall what size pilot or needle I'm running but it is whatever came with the carb and works fine.

It sounds like yours is set up for a good starting point, but may need some tweaking based on your riding conitions, elevation, temperature, etc. Do some plug chops/readings and go from there.

the airstryker has four float bowl vents instead of 2....this allows the fuel to flow more freely into and out of the float bowl with little to no vaccuum....also, if you need jetting help, call up sudco or ESR and give them your motor mods and they will tell you what you need for jetting and needle clip settings and/or which needle you need...

I would start off with a 175 and work my way down doing plug chops.
I run 170-172 in summer 175 in cooler weather and a 184 in the winter.
