I have been trying to get someone to start building Parts for Three wheelers because we need em bad. I recieved this PM but I dont have the answers. I know there are some Proffesors of Trikology here and if we are ever going to keep fixing up Trikes we better get someone to Start building Parts. Or someday there will be no way to fix up a Three wheeler. Please give up the info so I can get me an extended swinger for my Tecate.

My father owns a machine shop and is interested in making parts for trikes. He has been asking me questions about case savers, swingarms and frames but I don't know as much as he wants. He uses mastercam at his shop for his CNC's and knows the guys up at powdercoat and at the dip tank for chrome so making the parts look good isn't a problem. He wants to know more about bearing carriers and why they all aren't interchangeable. And he can make swingarms that take a preferred bearing carrier if the carriers and axles are cheaper for that style. The 6061 aluminum everyone talks about is the weakest aluminum there is. He can use aluminum that is harder than steel for his stuff if the market is there for it. The only catch is the stronger the aluminum the higher the price.
