I'd say go w/ the 350x. I had one on my 250sx and it looked awesome and put out 2x as much light than the stock one.

The other great feature of the 350X headlight is that you can point the two lights differently. I have one more down to let me see right in front, and one up a little to shine futher out. Combine this with the high/low beam switch, and you get great night vision.
