I think you mean balancer. Rotors are what your brake calipers grab to slow you down. Never mind I dont know where my head is right now. lol

I have not, but I have an extra one that I am planning to lighten for quicker spin up. how much are you planning to take off? It must be balanced also. The more material you take off the flywheel quicker it will spin-up but the less flywheel effect you will have...ie.. engine momentum. so there is a happy medium to find.

I think you need to check your parts, anyway I just got my crank back from the honda shop and the ole guy told me they did it back in the day. He had one laying back in the shop off of a xr200 but wouldn't sell. I'm going to go back and take a few meaurements. My neighbor is a machinist, so I'll hit him up. You will lose some bottom end, account less recipicating mass. I know the gains on a banshee are worth it, just curious what results someone here has had. Thanx
