nice car, but i dont think it puts out 450 horses with the setup you described. Its nice to see young people like me going for american muscle rather than imported noise machines.

I think it has it, dosnt matter any way, you can have 350 horse power with a 3000 rpm stall converter and it will flat launch off the line, and he said he has a transe brake, uses the reverse valve on the valvebody to reroute the trans fluid, any way, you can launch it at any rpm you want. So its gotta be freakin quick off the line. I will only drive 60/70's muscle and pony cars, i dont want to ride around in cracker jack toy.

its 450 horsepower at the crank, had it on the dyno, not sure what it puts to the ground becuse there are no full body style car dynos around hear that are open to the public, but i tell ya with that trans brake it just go's any rpm ..its wicked

Round here me and my buds like to grind the rice machines into the ground with bad lifted trucks and classic/60's-80's muscle cars. One of my buddies has a 1982 big block powered chevy wagon that hits the ricers real bad. My other buddy has a 67 camaro, I have a K20 that I'm lifting and putting some speed parts on, and my other buddies also have interesting works in progress too.

Wouldn't you still need to be at 3000rpms to launch even with a trans brake? I don't know too much about auto trannies, but i agree that no matter how much HP it has, it will launch hard when you let go of the brake.

I was just thinking, its pretty funny that no too many of us like ricers or any imports for that matter, but there are only a select few of us that have american made trikes. lol
