    Fuel line Primer.

Has anyone ever installed a primer on the fuel line on a 3 wheeler to assist for cold weather starting? Maybe some of you Northern states trikers use your trikes for ice fishing, hunting, plowing snow.

hmm. the only thing we have ever done was wrap a warming blanket around the engine, never thought of a primer before.some have even installed a thumb warmer on the carb bowl.this is what honda does on the new quads except thier coils are inside the carb.

I live in COLD climate and so far i've always managed to get it started, all 3 of them.

A primer would make it easier on the battery on my SX i'm sure... LOL... but she starts up fine if tuned properly !
