    Carb Problem

My bike stopped working properly because it would only run for a few minutes and die and if your lucky it would start. We cleaned the carb, new plug, checked air filter, set valves, and in the process broke the plastic bolt that holds the choke in. I fixed the problem being the wires coming from stator had a fray and was hitting the case with a bare wire. Now it continually floods. I got a new choke thing used and it seems to work good but it seems like every time i run it the chokes on. It only runs good over half throttle. I tried moving pin on needle but made no diff. Also tried holding choke in with a diff bolt and it still floods. I dont know what we did?
