I lost the entire main jet from my klt 160. The bike wasnt running so my friend brought it a carb he said was the same and we mismatched parts and made a carb. However we used his main jet and I lost the old one. Have looked everywhere. The carb was off a 185 bayou so i Need to find out what size jet to buy. Thnaks.

If its flooding at all and any times, you have more issues than just the main jet.

no it doent flood at more than 1/2 throttle. I'm 75% sure this is the problem

problem solved I found the main jet in a bag of carb parts in my cupboard. Runs excellent now.

Man I love this thing. I went mudding with my friend on his 200s today and loved the fact that I could jam it in reverse and play around in the mud when he was stuck. However my 200s is much nicer so i'm going to sell this for 300$ CDN.
