    185S Fixed!

after two days of trying to pull the flywheel off of my 185S to inspect any eletrical components underneath the fly wheel it wouldnt work, we bent 6 bolts trying to pull it with a flywheel puller and it wouldnt come off, we gave up and put it back together and i went and cleaned up any electrical connections, it turns out that two wires that were plugged together werent meant to be. so after 2 days of work it turned out that i had to unplug two wires to get spark . after a quick carb and air filter clean its running and ready to ride tho there is holes in the exhuast. Will a 200S exhuast and carb bolt up to my 185? and if so will there be a performance gain?

Yes it will .... a slight gain would be seen with proper jetting. Honda actually lists both motors as having 10.5hp with the 200S having more torque.

any idea as to where i can find a jet kit??? also i think the pipe on my 200 is aftermarket because it is really loud and appears to run straight through with no packaging

    I have a 185s and a 200s.
The 200s has tons more power and torque. I think the gearing is different besides displacement.
    The carbs are the same.

yea the carbs are the same just different jets..the 200s shold have mroe torque...to get that flywheel off you should get the puller tight on there and then tap it with a pretty hard..not to hard tho and thenit should "pop" off of there and you can twist that bolt more..it took me a while to get mine off when i first had too
