There has to be someone out there that has this problem or has had it. ok i need help fixing my shifter on my klt160a1 part of the stud that it conects to broke i need to figure out how to put it back on because there is till half the stud there.

hmmm....you could take a piece of hollow round steel and cut it in half to make a "*" shape out of it, then tac weld it to one piece of the shifter, then tac the other side up, and then go back and weld all of it up.... or you could just find another shifter rod..
