    new pics

Here's the finished ATC trailer. It was made with a scrap atc90 frame and some scrap metal and 3 cans of spray on truck bed liner to finish it.
It is all welded construction and fairly heavy duty, I'm not sure about the weight on it but I would guess-timate it around 100-125 lbs. The tongue weight is about
5 lbs when empty and pulls great behind my 250es.
We're testing it by moving all those river rocks to behind the house for another landscaping project (wifes idea)

So far it has made 3 trips and hasn't fallen apart yet.

Thats my F-150 in the background and of course my 250es again.

The 110 is my sons till friday then he gets the new 185.

The trailer was came from a 16' Bayliner and I welded shaker screen on for a deck and it carrys 3 atc's fine: (200es, 250es, 110) other 110 & 185 goes in the F150.

Just had to say that your BigRed looks like you pulled it out of a glass display case. That bike is gorgeous!!! You the original owner?

I like the trailers. I personally have an old pop up camper frame with (expanded metal ) shaker screen on it.

    thanks

I am actually the 2nd owner of both big reds. The 85 250es was supposed to have about 20 hrs. use on it when I bought it about 2 months ago.

The 84 200es had alittle more but not much. He was said to use it 2 days a year for hunting and it went back into storage, so over 21 years it was 42 times?

The tie downs will be changed here soon as I am having new ones made.
They are similar to the ones on a car dolly you strap the wheels down with. A 2" strap that goes over the tire and side straps that go around the sides thats sewed to the center strap. each bike bill have one over each time hooked directly
to the trailer floor and racheted down. No hooks will actually touch the bikes.

I posted before but those that missed them here are pics of the 250es again....

    Here's a couple of the 200es also....

Both my pride and joys.... ( I let the wife think the 200es is her's )

PS. yes I know the box on the front is ugly but it so too damn handy to take off.
I am going to "Rhino coat" it
