dang it i had the same problem on my 200x i was putting in a new spark plug and i was so excited to ride it that winter day i just screwed the plug in and totaly forgot to put the plug cap on, i pulled it over twice before i rememebered that i forgot to put it on, then after that i put it on and it also started on the first pull.

I can remember more than one time trying to start a trike, kicking and kicking (or pulling). Finally getting frusterated, sitting down to take a break, and looking at the kill switch set to off DOH. The little things will get you every time.
