My big red used to start right up,then it would not to start after i rode it for awhile,but the next day it would start.Then i would ride it again and the same thing.Now it don't start and has now spark,I put a brand new coil and still no spark.Did this happen to anyone before with a big red,and how do i fix it.Any help would be great,thanks...........svo58

Teaching quads a lesson
This happened to my buddes 250es. Go to the bottom of the engine and you will have some wires there that most likely are loose or needing cleaning. We tried everything else just like you and still no spark. We traced the wires down at the bottom of the end(near the engine ground).

Yes i put a brand new plug,i will try to trace the ground wire and check it .

Check your CDI also, new CDI's come cheap on Ebay. Also check all of your wire connections to make sure nothing is loose.

Ummm... the only way I know of is to take another CDI which you know works and switch it with the one you think is bad.
