Wow...thats how Honda should have done it....I mean what advantage is there to a wide front tire? You could argue in sand and snow its less likely to dig in...

The bike handles a lot better. I put in some progressive springs and they work great. Honda should had done it like this in the first place.

Toyota200x what are miron bars and what is chicago style.

You have to change the entire front end. Tripples, forks, break, etc... There is a lot of work involved but worth it. You also have to make a new steering stop. I put mine on the front of the goose neck.

The thing I hated the most about the whole conversion was the lower ball bearings and welding.

    Question Nice!

I've had the itch to do that to my 250SX since I got it but haven't pursued getting the parts.

By welding, you mean welding on the stops, right?

    Bearings:
Did you use 200X or 250SX stem bearings?
Or were mods necessary to the stem to make them fit?

    Thanks for your help.

The SX stem bearings will be fine, no mods needed. It's actually incredibly simple to just slide the new triples right into place.

Also you do need to weld new stoppers otherwise your tank will become your stopper!!! LOL
