question about a trade

i was wondering if anyone thinks that trading an 81 gs 250 street bike that runs but could use some work, an 80 ks 250 frame that has evrything but the motor, twist throttle, clutch handle and cable, a 200s frame, axle and foot pegs, and a yamaha 200 tri moto frame axle, handle bars and parts motor, do you think this would be worth a trade for a 200x?
