it says my attachments are to big. how can i make them smaller??

what kind of files are they? you can change the format.. or pkzip them..

go to www.download.com and search for a "Image Optimizer"

Makes the largest files to the smallest possible, and keeps something like 95% original look too.

You can also send them ( Pictures ) to me and I can resize them for you. I use PSP7 and it only takes a moment to do them.

I sent you the pics and you sent them bacl. But when i sve them they are 411k!! but on the file it says like 37. whats up with that?. if i try to post them it says invalid bmp somthin somthin..

I believe your probably saving them as .bmp's instead of .jpg. Save them as .jpg's and it should work.
