    how much hp/speed does a 1984 200m have

i have a 1983 honda atc 200e big red with a 1984 honda atc 200m motor in it and i was wondering how much hp/speed it has, the guy i got it from said he never had the motor running. and i found out why it wasn't, the inside of the cylinder was rusted, and the piston was siezed to the walls, the bike was a real good runner with the stock 200e motor in it i'd say it did about 45 in high range that was when my buddy had it now i do. it is all in parts over my shop floor i just need more $ for parts, it has a 200s rear axle with a small sprocket and i was wondering what would the best exhaust to give it a little more go. i was thinking either a super trapp, or a DG rcm.

    55?

The only way a 110 would do 55 mph is to tow it with a car. I think your friends speedo is off........waaaaay off.
My 250es doesnt do 55 mph and it is waaaaaaaaaaaaay fatsre than a 110.
    I know because we have 2 110's, a 200es, 185s, and a 250es.
In order of speed it would be the 250 then the 185s, 200es, 110's.

Stock should be about 39. I can't see a six wheeler doing 55; that would be crazy!

    another consideration.....

I see alot of talk about how fast everyones trikes go and how one is seemingly faster than another the same size. I always hear everyone mention sprockets, tires and just about every other bike part that could affect spped. The one thing I havent noticed is anyone mentioning rider weight.
If you have 2 identical in EVERY way 110's, and Boy #1 weighs 98 lbs. and boy # 2 weighs 195 lbs. the extra 97 lbs will affect speed drastically.
