    Better yet how many Bills Pipes do you see for sale on Ebay PERIOD ? That is about as close as you`ll get to a mint 83-4 R Bills Pipe in my book !!

    They are GOOD. Check out the cone sections;



    That means it was handmade, and Not just stamped like most of todays pipes. Not only is it a real good pipe, but that is about as "oldschool" as you can get.
