Pressure in 82 110 crankcase help!!

I bought a little 110 last week that was in several peices. I had a good feeling that it would run so I put the ignition back on it, recoil assembly, carb, and some other items. Well, it fired right up and sounded like it was running quite well. The problem is that its building up crankcase pressure. I thought maybe a crank vent hose was stopped up but there isnt one! I even pulled the motor off the frame looking and trying to find something. I have read through my repair manual talked with other peolpe and noone can come up with anything. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get this thing going again??

The breather is a little "L" nipple right above the center, behind the jug, on the right side case half. I hope some yo yo didn't "JB weld" it up on you. If you let it build up too much pressure, you will blow out the crank seals.
