I dont know what the stock jets are supposed to be. When the Cobra was put on, they should have went up on the jetting; so when you put the stock pipe back on, that made it run rich and foul plugs. When you hit 3/4 to full throttle does it stumble and cut out?

It does not matter right now what stock size is. What matter is what is in your carb now. You need to pull the carb and see what sizes are in it now. Someone may have changed it somewhere along the lines.
