You dont think so huh? Try it one day. Put some 2 ply knobbies on back go down the road in third gear and throw your rear. You'll hear the tires sliding. They dont slide far but they do slide. 22x11x8s baby!

If you still dont believe me I'll bring this magical SX to trikefest. Aw what the hell Ill bring it anyway.

I almost got lucky for a 350x for a grand... and once for $950 so keep searchin auto traders and papers

dude sounds like you dont got the chonies to ride a 2 stroke, i dont care if the twostroke is faster or i would hurt myself on anything faster bla blah blah, i dont mean to sound harsh, but the trike is only as dangerous as the rider, bro you can ride anything with the right mind set and respect for the vehicle, on the air-cooled R i have the guy told us he got 4 years out of a top end and he rode it at least once a week, he mixed 32:1 AND NEVER LOOK BACK, if you ride them good and respect them you can get some good ride time out of them. And to answer your baised 4 stroke thing about better life and stuff, well yes they do run very well for a along time but depending on how a fourstroke goes out it can be very costly, freind of mine accidently ran his 350X out of oil and O BOY i think it was like 1K to get it back running right. I say 2 stroke if you dont want to get smoked by sport quads, and open areas and fields O BOY 2 stroke heaven, if you dont think you can handle a water pumper R then get yourself a air-cooled R, they make great torque and power, and are by far the easist to work on two-strokes.

i would ride anything, its just what i prefer to ride.. i tried out my friends 89 cr125 and that thing ripped, my friends ltz400 really moves. i just dont like how 2 strokes perform for if i do end up using it in trails, i could ride anything you threw at me, i just gotta get broke into it. i wouldnt turn down an r if i could find a cheap one.. i almost bought my friends trx250R a couple years ago. if i could find an R for cheap id have it. same thing goes for the 350X.

What you are feeling is most likely the tire roll. The tall sidewall's and the fact that they are 2 ply. The SX has no where near the power required to do a true powerslide on asphalt
[20:55] <waterpumper> putting a racing pipe on a Foreman is like putting a high dollar bikini on a 400 pound chick...just because it fits doesn't mean it looks cool

it's even hard to spin the tires in dirt on a 250sx (unless there bald. lol) Due to the fact of the low gearing.
