I'll be bringing a whole bunch of venison to cook up. Want to get it all out of my freezer. Hopefully i'll get time to hit the big lake for some coho/king salmon to bring too. Get that grill ready, cause I got alot to cook!

i seen this brand new never used deepfryer at a yard sale for 15 dollars and said to myself i need a new one for trikefest. also @ work in the main office i spotted up a used grill ( we do alot of grill type work at elkhart, ind. office ) that i'm gonna retro + bring along ( along with my main stay stove + pots and pans )
i asked the mrs. about par-boiling on site the venision (and a couple of meats i want to bring) with herbs + spices prior to grilling and she recomends to oven bake with herbs + spices and flash freezing so it's ready to thaw and grill ,,, pre cooked but grilling required for appearance + heating ,,, should be very very tender.
hmmm,,,, okay to come up and get the meats so we can prep by oven baking + freezing ???

You are more than welcome to come get the meats john. Got a month to go and my mouth is already watering. I'm working till 3:30 today and will be home around 4. During the week, I get home between 4 and 5 pm. Let me know what works for you.

Give me a call sometime today john. Not sure what time, i'm still at work. It's going on 24 hours straight at work. Tell ya the truth, not even sure what day it is?? Worked a double saturday, then was back sunday at 6:30. Worked till 3:30 and came back the next morning at 6:30 and i've been here since. Should be two big arse paychecks though!
