    Puncture on a ATV tire (tubeless)

    How do you guys fix a puncture on a ATV tire(tubeless)?
    Will a plug last?

    please advise

    i had a plug in my tire for a long time, in fact i had two plugs in one tire with no problems
    1983 Honda ATC 200x-shes a beater

    Past Rides:
    1982 ATC Big Red 200e (miss it more than i thought i would)
    1985 200x rode it for about a mile

    if its like a nail hole a plug is perferct. but like the size of a pencil or a marker its not happening for long. although it may, just as long as its not a slice

    put a plug in and then put a boot on the back of the plug...no way in hell is it gona leak...

    If one plug wont hold put 2 or three in there. Use plenty of the rubber cement that comes with the kits.

    im just gona add cause most people dont know- your supposed to apply the rubber cement glue then let it compleatly DRY then put the patch on and use a sewer(sp?)its like a little round thingy with bumps on a wheel on the end of it.... to get it on good for patches, for plugs just dip the plug in the rubber cement and stick it in let it dry.

    Take it to Les Schawab, they will demount the tire and put a patch on the inside.

    Plugs work too, but a good patch is better.
