    Whats the the best paint to use on the frame??

    depends on your budget.

    you can either go or powder coat.

    In my opinion, powder coat is the best, its not even as expensive as some may think, the only thing that make it seem expensive is that it needs to be sandblasted before its powdercoated and that is where most of the cost comes from. If you want to go with the method, PJ1 makes most factory colors and seems to be pretty durable. Thats what I used on mine. I sandblasted it myself,primed it real good, used the PJ1 "Honda Red" and slapped on a few coats of clear. Looks factory fresh!!!

    Yea i mean spray paint. so the i should sand it and also prime it

    I used Extend Rust-Destroyer. It's a good paint/primer, and it doesnt require sandblasting. Just a quick Dremel job with a wire wheel will get the frame ready for paint...

    LOL,I couldn't imagine having to strip my frame with a dremel.
