can the whole ignition system from a 84 kx250 motorcycle fit a 84 tecate 3 i have all parts of it and i was wanting to know the advantages of it and y should it be done and how easy it to install and how does the stator line up if it is done

Yes it will work. Switch the CDI, Coil, Stator and Flywheel. You'll then have a more robust ignition system but you won't have the capability to run lights.
Swapping is easy if you use proper tools and a little patience.

does it match the mark on the stator to the same place where the original stator was
