    K&N handlebars? / can-am tn't 250

    hey check these pics out, they arent great cause i used my phone, but the k and n sticker is on the handlebars on the can am, and the can am is in really nic shape minus the motor...i can probly get it for free...are those bars the old school k and n ones???

    K&N

    Couldnt it just be a K&N sticker on the handlbars? Ive got a 3wheeler world sticker on my trike, but it was made by Kawasaki. Sorry, couldn't resist.

    i read somewhere in trikesylvania about some 3 wheeler k and n bars....and the motors werent like the tiger's...the can am's were almost all air cooled, especially the 70's ones like this, but the 500's might be the same....i want to fix this bike up to be rideable....

    more than likely that sticker came from a filter that was installed on the bike. by the way the t'nt came from the sled made by skidoo that originaly started out as the 68 600 track 'n trail. I've seen a few of these bikes around but not many i am curious if the piston from a 250 bike is the same as a 250 sled?

    wow, thats cool...i would have never guessed what t'nt meant......its a cool bike, i want to restore it but its a ******* to get parts for them, especially a whole motor, even on ebay there isnt crap for them...

    i may know where a 250 motor is, if your intrested i can check it out, i know of a place with a fairly decent stock pile of parts for them.

    Actually, I've seen K&N handlebars before. Norm's Cycle in San Bernardino, CA. has a K&N handlebar display rack. I'll have to snap a pic of it the next time I'm in there.

    I had a running engine for that,, but i gave it away acouple of weeks ago. I do belive i have some ignition parts some where.
