I'm thinking of running this up front.

Anyone else happen be running it on their machine? Doesn't have to be the 250SX you have either.
Just want a bit of feed back on this tire if there is any out there.
It's reasonably priced at $36 or so.
Also, while you are on, mention the tire you are running at the moment.

as long as it does not bubble out and rub the forks.. should be an ok tire.
Got the front max on mine by Kenda.. and i love it.

I like the kenda too but it just seems like there is so much spacing inbetween the tread blocks that it would be more prone to puntures from rocks.
Maybe it isn't designed to be a "rock" tire though? I sure wouldn't think so.

not alot of weight on the front wheel.. and i beleive it's 6 ply.. no problems yet and i run train tracks all the time. lots of gravel.
