getting the 200x ready for haspin-pics now of progress!

well I just started working on it,pulled it out of the storage unit to give her a look over and to put new pipe on it and broke a exhaust stud off in motor wich really sucks(had to pull motor to get to it).So I decided to tear it down to nothing and rebuild it in a week. I will post some pics later of progress

To put a cam in right, First put the piston at top dead center, then put the cam in with the timing mark lining up with the mark on the top cover.or the lobes of the cam pointing down.that should get you started in the right direction.

Looks good man. I am doing a complete rebuild on an 86 250R right now, 2 days left to go and I keep finding more problems. Looks like you're almost there. Keep up the good work!

to put it in right..put it in with the cam lobes both facing down...1 hole should be lined straight up with the top..then get your piston at tdc and put the cam chain on the cam gear...put the cam gear on to the cam with the circle at the bolt hole straight up with the one on the cam..you will be in time then
