need price advice

I am thinking of buying another trike but due to the fact that I havent seen alot of this size for sale around here before nor had any experience with them I don't know what it's worth really.

I am not sure of the year but it is a Honda 350x and it needs valves and a head gasket, the owner says. ( I will rebuild the top end)

Any thoughts on the price I should be shooting for?

Other than the work mentioned the bike is near mint condition.

Well if it's close to the condition of your other trikes I would say LOTS! seriously though with it needing a new top end I would say around $1000-$1200. I'm sure most will disagree though.

The 350 is about the same as my 250es (almost mint) .
What do you figure it would cost to rebuild the top end?
I think at this point I can get it for around $500-600
