Talking Im gettin my Bro's 372X

Yup...some of you may remember me talking about the TRX372X that my brother has. Its a stroked and race-ready '85 350X motor stuffed into a TRX-R frame.

Many of you also know that my nephew blew it up almost 3 years ago. Well, my brother has a stock 350X motor that will be put into it the frame until he gets the 372 put back together. He's got all the parts, just no time to do it.

But the big news is...Im going up there mid-June and Im going to bring it back and fix her up I'll put the 350 motor in it, rebuild the calipers, change all fluids, grease/change bearings, and lube all moving parts. He's not giving it to me, but he's letting me keep it down here to ride and build for as long as I want!

I cant wait for the 372 to be put back together!! 40HP baby!

I'll get pictures when I get it.

Congratulations man and good luck. Maybe when you get her together you can get us a dyno sheet on this unbelievable 40hp out of a 372.

Well keep us updated, I've got one in the shed that I have to make a custom exhaust for in the next couple of weeks, I might just make a few extra ones.

It shouldn't have bolted on, most likely it was custom bent. Gotta get some pics up of this bad boy.

No but a freind has and didn't want to pay the big bucks for a powroll exhaust kit($340 for the header alone). As far as I know they are the only ones who make the kits.

Sorry I havent been around. As soon As I get it, I will get some pictures of it, and some pics of the build up I have in mind.

One of my Brother's good friends has a 390X/250X conversion. The 250X chassis is completely stock with a bored and stroked 350X motor in it. You can not keep the front end down in any gear past 1/3-1/2 throttle.

honda200s1984 you have to remember that your 250r is a 2Stroke motor and this 40hp is out of a 4 stroke

yeah, 452x said his (452x) has like low to mid 40s HP.
so i think 40 from a 372 is too high.
