now, it will start and idle, but when I give it trottle, it trys to die???

sounds like its getting to much fuel. when I was messing with my 200es carb. I just screwed the air/fuel mixture screw all the way in and backed it out about 1 1/2 to 2 turns. hope this helps.

Clean your carb.You may get lucky and be able to just remove the bowl and spray it real good with carb cleaner.If not buy a dip can and soak it.

One more possible easy fix,turn your gas off,drain your carb,and start it again.It may flush itself out.

remove the air filter and check to make sure your choke assembly is working properly and not stuck ON.
