Talking The Day has Come- 350X and 250R build ups ready for TF

Finally finished putting together the 2 trikes I have been building. First is an 85 350X. Bought my buddy's beat and wrecked 350x about 6 yrs ago. Took the motor and a few parts from it, combined it with parts from 2 other parts bikes, and lots of new and NOS stuff. Built over the course of 4 years and finished today. It has parts from 85 and 86, as well as some 400ex stuff and a cannondale rear master cyl. Every aspect rebuilt except the internal motor. Runs beautiful and rides like a dream. Just sold it back to my buddy that I originally bought it from and he and the trike are coming out to TF with me. He had gotten out of riding when the X just couldn't make one more trip. But when he saw me building this he got real interested again. Thanks to me he now has a much greater appreciation for trikes and how hard nice parts are to come by, and I think he's gonna treat it a little better this time around.
Next is the 86 250R. I picked this up one month ago from an idiot kid. His dad bought it new in 86, passed it on to the kid who destroyed it. Again, rebuilt every aspect except the internal motor. Ran into every problem you can think of. Everything I touched was trashed, and much of the 250R parts I had "in stock" turned out to be junk as well, but I managed to do pretty well with it. Runs and rides real nice, but the ass end needs help. Swinger has some cracks around carrier, rear caliper is gone, and I don't have a muffler for it. Had to use a 400EX axle' I found out the lonestar it came with was bent and had a bad sprocket hub. Well the 400EX axle I got from a friend turned out to be bent a little too. Bringing it out to TF, it's my only ride right now and if I can't find a silencer by tomorrow I guess I'm just gonna be a spectator. I literally spent the last 96 hours working on this thing, tore down to bare frame and built back up the right way with all good stuff. Here are a few shots my buddy took after testing them both in the yard.
See ya all at the fest.

The R would look better if you remove whats left of those rear fender stickers.

Skippy, PM sent. The rear fenders on the R are all busted up. I have real nice ones here and another set on the way, gonna use 1 or the other on it. The 400EX bars on the X actually fit pretty well and are real comfortable, a little farther forward than the stockers, and are pretty cheap 'cause no one wants them- except me. Thanks for the compliments guys, lots of time and effort went into these.
