    84-85 Tecate Clutch Parts Are $220.00

    I caled my local dealer and he says the two sets of plates and springs would cost $220.00 Is this the normal price? And where can I get parts for my Clutch without giving up a Kidney? I need a Clutch Bad mine slips bad. I want a new Basket and all that But no Aftermarket Company makes the Clutch Basket back to 84-85 for the KX 250 or KXT 250. Any help on some new Parts? Thx

    84-85 clutch parts

    On the clutch basket itself good look finding one other than e-gay, but all of the rest you can still get from aftermarket Co.'s! I just got a full set of the clutches from my local dealer made by EBC. Still in the box! Haven't had time to put them in yet and the metals I got 2-3 years ago from the same Co. Hope that helps! Oh ya the springs cost me=8.95 and the metals cost=34.65 and the clutches=62.95! And then I put them all in myself so that saves alot of $$$$$!!
    It ain't about the money, or even being #1, you gotta know when it's all over you did the best you could of done! And knowing that it's in you and you never let it out, is worse then blowin' any engine or any wreck you'll ever have!

    For a rear master cylinder, brake line and caliper w/ pads my EX shop told me $750 to replace these (i told them F-you and have a nice day), for that price I can go and buy another T3 and replace the parts and have a ton more parts.
